To make an window go to Ms diller tute called
texture frames

Leave the picture part out that is in the instructions there.
Next goto image magick with an 300X300 clear gif background and composite your frame center +50+40. Go to composite about 3 times afterwards- west +20+40 North +20+40 northwest +50+80 output it.
After that go to gifworks and smart crop it. And thats it.
If you want an shade on it go to Ms K's tute on shades and you're finish.
